The Whiteface Lodge’s fractional ownership allows residence owners to purchase suites in 1/12 deeds, equating to four weeks per year of personal occupancy. You may even purchase a whole ownership of your residence if available. You are not buying time, but actual real estate that you own forever. Ownership is deeded real estate of a specific residence and allows you complete access to the resort’s amenities and services, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
As an owner of a residence at The Whiteface Lodge, you can share your home with family and friends. Rent it, sell it, or leave it as your legacy. Enjoy a private Owner’s Lounge as well as discounts in the spa, restaurant and retail gallery.

Enrollment in The Registry Collection Program
When you become a member of The Registry Collection, you acquire more than just one spectacular place to vacation. You will have access to a world of unparalleled vacation opportunities as a member of The Registry Collection.
Optional Rental Program
Residence owners have the opportunity to enter their suite into The Whiteface Lodge’s optional rental program. Should owners choose not to stay at their residence during their designated weeks, residences may be occupied by resort guests during this time, generating rental income.
Homeowners’ Association
The Whiteface Lodge offers a unique, shared-cost and maintenance structure. All residences are constantly maintained by The Whiteface Lodge. The resort also manages the property and shares many of the expenses associated with this maintenance, including services, amenities, and the buildings and grounds.
